Whiteout Valley is the fifth level of World 4 in Paper Mario Sticker Star. To access this level and beat it, you have to first beat the Enigmansion and get the black and white portrait there. Bring it to this level and paperize to place it that will activate the chair lift here.
The rest of the level takes place on this chair lift where you will make your way up through many obstacles. These include fuzzies, paragoombas, and ice bros. You'll have to avoid them as much as possible to make it to the top. During this level, Luigi can be seen on the ski lift down. The Sticker comet piece can be found once your ride up ends.
