Whispering Trees are a species of sentient trees found primarily in Paper Mario: The Origami King. They reside in the Whispering Forest. Whispering Trees have black dotted eyes similar to classic 2D Mario background hills. The trees tend to be very reclusive when around foreign beings, and are very protective of their elders.
