Possible Adoption

Hey guys, I may adopt the wiki if possible. I will have to wait until November though because I got blocked on the NFS Wiki. The three months will also give time in case Nebula does return. If the adoption goes successful though, I'll choose some administrators to help out. Hopefully Nebula will return or the adoption will be a success.
