The Tail is a sticker found in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. Based on the Tanooki's tail from Super Mario Bros. 3, it is a defensive sticker that deflects projectiles and attacks aimed at Mario's front. It has no use against attacks from below or above, however.

Regular: Counters enemy attacks with a swipe of the tail. Has no effect against attacks from above.
Museum: A tail that repels attacks that came flying right at you. You've got to swing that tail with good timing, though!
