Super Shroom Shakes are recovery items from Super Paper Mario. They replace Super Shrooms from the previous two games, although Super Shrooms do still come out of ? Blocks. Super Shroom Shakes recover 20 HP and cure poison. When it is cooked, it becomes a Roast Shroom Dish. If it is cooked with a Honey Jar, it becomes a Honey Super. If it is cooked with a Cake Mix, it becomes a Shroom Cake.
