Stewart' is the Cheep Cheep that checks tickets to get on the blimp to the Glitz Pit. There is another Cheep Cheep that looks exaclty like him in Glitzville. It is currenty unknown for sure if Stewart appear both in Rogueport and in Gliztville, as you cannot travel Glitzville and back again without seeing him.
