Sleep Stomp is a badge that allows Mario to jump on enemies to make them fall asleep for a few turns for 2 FP. It can be purchased from Rowf's Badge Shop for 75 coins after Chapter 2. It uses 1 BP.
It has the exact same effect as Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door's Sleepy Stomp. Note that their names sound strikingly similar.
