Pider is an arachnid creature found in the Great Tree. Like all spiders, Piders spit out webs. Usually, they spit only one web, but they can spit three webs at both Mario and hispartner. Piders can only move their legs and head; they can't move their body unless they're on their web going up and down. Piders also have a more colorful, more powerful relative named Arantula. They appear on the higher floors of the pit of 100 trials.
