Peeka is a Boo who works at the Westside Goods, the shop at the west side of Rougeport. She is the sister of Lahla and a member of the Pianta Syndicate. She lets members into Don Pianta's office if they have the right code. The "code" is actually a pattern, completed by first purchasing a Dried Shroom then a Dizzy Dial. She will then ask Mario a question, and let them through a backdoor if he answers correctly.

- Her name is a play on the word "Peekaboo".
- In the Japanese version, Peeka wears very distinct bunny ears instead of cat ears. This was changed in other regions to avoid similarities to a playboy bunny costume.
