Outlook Point Toad is the minor unnamed character in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. He is minor, yet is the one to tell you what's causing the pollution: A rock island in the sea, sending poison to the nearby beach. He seems to be wise and one with nature, as butterflies surround him.
