Mr. Hoggle is a character found in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door selling Hot Dogs outside the Glitz Pit for 10 coins apiece.
During the minor league fights, King K will tell you that Mr. Hoggle has a new ingredient for his hot dogs. When you go to investigate, Mr. Hoggle will be chasing an Egg, and will ask for you to chase it for him. After some time, the egg will hop on top of Mr. Hoggle's stand. You later find out that this egg is of a Yoshi that joins your party.

- The fact that he is a pig selling hot dogs might imply cannibalism, but it is also possible that the hot dogs are made out of beef or tofu rather then pork.
