Meteor Meal is a recipe in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It restores 7 HP and an extra 2 HP in battle for two turns. It is made by mixing a Shooting Star and a Shroom Fry. Eve will give you one of these as a reward for solving her trouble. This item can be sold anywhere for 40 coins.
In Super Paper Mario, Saffron makes it from only a Shooting Star. It damages enemies in a similar way to the Shooting Star, but instead of using an Action Command, it will always do full damage.
