Love Pudding is a recipe cooked by Zess T. in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and by Dyllis in Super Paper Mario. In The Thousand-Year Door, it can be cooked by giving Zess T. a Mystic Egg and a Mango Delight. When eaten, the pudding will cause the Mario or his partner to become invisible, electrified, or sleepy.
In Super Paper Mario, it is cooked by giving Dyllis a Big Egg and a Lovely Chocolate. Unlike the previous game, eating the Pudding has no benefits, and instead reverses the controls. Instead, it can be sold for a good sum of coins.
