Ice Puffs are frosty Ruff Puffs located in chilly regions. They share similar abilities with a Frost Piranha but only have an attack of 4. They can freeze Mario with cold, charged up breath but not with their regular attacks. Like Ruff Puffs, they can charge themselves up to become icy and it'll be impossible for them to be attacked. They are also very weak against fire attacks.
