The Gold Card is an item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
It is received when Mario completes Frankie Pianta's trouble titled "Important Thing!" in the Trouble Center. It allows Mario to play the Tube Mode mini-game in the Pianta Parlor for a few tokens.
