General White is an elderly Bob-omb general that helped create the cannon to The Moon at Fahr Outpost in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is necessary to complete Mario's adventure since he is the only known civilian who can create such a machine and operate it. He is elusive and twice sends Mario and friends on a wild goose chase across the map looking for him. The first time is when Mario must get the cannon back online and the second time is when Goldbob sends Mario and friends to deliver a package to him.
