The Fried Shroom (called a Shroom Fry in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and a Fried Shroom Plate in Super Paper Mario) is a recipe and an item found in the first three Paper Mario games. You have Zess T. or Tayce T. make it by cooking a Mushroom. It restores six HP and two FP. It can be sold for six coins. It is advisable to always cook your Mushrooms in order to gain an extra 1 HP and 2 FP bonus.
In Super Paper Mario, Saffron can cook a Fried Shroom Plate if she is given a Shroom Shake or a Volt Shroom. Using it restores 15 HP and cures poison. It can be sold for 35 coins.
One way to make coins in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is to buy Mushrooms for 4 coins from the shop in Petalburg, cook them, and then sell the Fried Shrooms in Rogueport for the two coin profit.
