Fort Cobalt is a location from Paper Mario: Color Splash, unlocked by beating the Cobalt Base. It is the last area of the Blue Region, and is notably the whereabouts of the Blue Big Paint Star, which is guarded by Ludwig. The area is a training ground for several armies of Shy Guys. It is also full of traps and heavy machinery. The Basin Thing is located here, and the Balloons are required to beat the level.
