Flutter is a form Wiggler takes in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. During the events of Chapter 6 (World 6), it is revealed that the friendly Wiggler Mario met in World 3 has grown up to become a Flutter. He then offers Mario a ride up to Bowser's Sky Castle.
