Tattle	That's a Dark Puff. It's basically a tiny, mean thunderhead. Max HP is 3, Attack is 2, and Defense is 0. Sometimes it'll charge itself with electricity. Don't touch it when it does! Yowch! You know what I mean, right? Brzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt! Shocking! After it charges itself, it'll totally zap you with lightning. Beat it as fast as you can.

A Dark Puff is a white cloud located in Boggly Woods. They are relatives of Ruff Puffs but have less HP and attack power. Both versions of clouds attack the same way: by slamming into Mario or charging up to do a lightning attack. While charged up, any direct attacks will be countered, unless Mario jumps with the Zap Tap badge equipped.

A Dark Puff also appears as part of the Mind-Bogglers team in the Glitz Pit.
