Cooligans are enemies from Paper Mario: Sticker Star that are found in Ice Flow and Snow Rise. They cannot be fought, and are only seen dashing down icy and snowy slides. If Mario is hit by one, he takes 2 HP of damage. This can be avoided by jumping on the Cooligan, which knocks it out. On the Snow Rise slide, they block the path that leads to the Comet Piece alongside a mountain of snow. Once the snow has been melted by the Heater, several Cooligans are seen flipped over and unconscious.
