When two Piantas bump into Zess T., she drops her Contact Lens. Mario accidentally steps on it. Zess T. guards the west side of Rogueport until Mario buys her a new one. A Contact Lens can be purchased at the Toad Bros. Bazaar for 10 coins after Chapter 1. She stops guarding the west side when Mario gives her the Contact Lens, and she now cooks any ingredients Mario gives her.
