The Big Shiny 1UP is a sticker found in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is an extremely rare sticker to find in game. It has the status effect of healing Mario's HP significantly over 10 turns. This is its only effect, so it does no damage to enemies attacking. It also does not revive Mario from death like a 1UP normally does. There is only one of these that can be obtained in the game in Rumble Volcano.

Regular: Becomes fairly heartier for a short time. Useful in tiring fights.
Museum: A shiny HP restorer effective over ten turns. Time it with Mario's hands in the air for extra restorative power.
